Cuisine & wine Happy guests make us happy. That is why our kitchen brigade does its best to make our guests happy and to surprise them with their culinary art, from „Tiroler Speckknödel“ and „Spaghetti all’arrabbiata“ to the finest international dishes. The breakfast includes home-made marmalades and cakes as well as freshly pressed apple juice and, in autumn, grape juice. Tramin and wine are closely linked. In Tramin and its surroundings grows one of the world-famous white wines, the Gewürztraminer, as well as typical South Tyrolean reds such as the Vernatsch (Kalterer See Auslese) and the Lagrein.
